What began as a small oceanfront quesadilla and tortilla soup restaurant serving a handful of guests has gradually grown into something much more meaningful. Today, La Sirena Gordita is a well-known gathering place on Playa de Coco, welcoming resort guests, local residents, seasonal visitors, and travelers exploring the Costalegre. With just twenty seats and a relaxed beachfront atmosphere, the restaurant has never tried to be the largest or busiest venue in the region. Instead, it has earned its place through consistency, friendly service, quality food, and the simple pleasure of sharing a meal or a signature margarita while overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
