Our availability calendar shows accommodation availability up to two years in advance. The winter season, particularly December through May, often books well ahead, so we encourage guests to check their preferred dates early and consider dates surrounding the peak season when planning their stay. The calendar will appear to be off center, so it can be viewed in mobile, PC, and apple format, by scrolling right, left, or up and down.
Cancellation Policy
Because Villa Star of the Sea is a small boutique property with a limited number of accommodations, cancellations can have a significant impact, particularly when there isn’t sufficient time to rebook the accommodation. Payments are non-refundable. Cancellations received before November 1st and at least 45 days before the scheduled arrival date may be eligible for a raincheck equal to 50% of the amount paid, which may be applied toward another available stay within the same November-to-April season. Cancellations received on or after November 1st, cancellations made less than 45 days before arrival, no-shows, and unused portions of a stay are not eligible for a refund or raincheck. For reservations involving a significant financial commitment, we strongly recommend purchasing personal travel or cancellation insurance.
