For more than a decade, Villa Star of the Sea has welcomed guests from around the world to the peaceful shores of Playa de Coco. Over the years, many visitors have shared a common wish: the opportunity to stay longer and experience life on the Costalegre beyond the traditional vacation.

In response, we are pleased to offer a limited number of our furnished apartment suites for extended seasonal living through six-month and one-year lease arrangements. This offering provides an opportunity to enjoy the beauty, climate, and relaxed lifestyle of Mexico's Costalegre while benefiting from pricing outside our normal nightly, weekly, and hotel-style rates.

Available accommodations include the Blue Star Apartment Suite, Morning Star Apartment Suite, Sun Star Apartment Suite, and the spacious Royal Star Apartment Suite. Each is furnished and equipped for comfortable longer-term living, with private bathrooms, kitchen facilities, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, access to swimming pools, tropical gardens, and direct proximity to Playa de Coco.

Unlike a traditional vacation stay, an extended stay allows guests to become part of the local rhythm of life. Enjoy morning walks along uncrowded beaches, nearby golf, local markets, seasonal whale and dolphin sightings, excellent medical and dental services, and the welcoming communities of Barra de Navidad, Melaque, and Cihuatlán.

As a general principle, the longer the lease term, the lower the monthly rate. Six-month seasonal agreements offer meaningful savings compared to standard hotel pricing, while one-year agreements provide the most attractive monthly pricing for those seeking a true coastal lifestyle on Mexico's beautiful Costalegre.
