At Villa Star of the Sea, our vision has always been to create a quiet, spacious oceanfront environment—one that values privacy, comfort, and a slower rhythm of life.

While we had planned to begin expanding the property in the summer of 2026 with the addition of four new two-bedroom apartment suites, rising construction costs and global tariff pressures have led us to take a more measured approach, and put the expansion on a temporary hold.

As a result, we are introducing a new offering for the upcoming season. For the first time, a limited number of our existing, one-beedroom suites, will be available on a seasonal basis, from November through May, under a six-month agreement with preferred, reduced pricing.

This offering is designed for those who value consistency, privacy, and the ability to settle into a place rather than simply pass through it. It reflects the natural rhythm of the Costalegre—where time slows, and the experience becomes something more personal.

Guests who choose this option will enjoy:
